Joanna Pearson received her MFA from the Johns Hopkins University Writing Seminars. Her poetry has appeared in Gulf Coast, Bellevue Literary Review, Best New Poets 2005, and elsewhere. Her first novel for young adults will be published by Arthur A. Levine Books in spring 2011.
